A cheat, in my own personal opinion, is an unplanned meal/snack/etc that puts you over your caloric goals. For example, I've planned treats, such as ice cream, into my daily calories so that isn't a cheat. But if I were at my limit for the day and I all of a sudden ate some more, that would be a cheat.

Made it 3 and a half weeks without cheating/binging and then cheated/binged/whatever, and then again two days after. Looking to get back on track this week - trying to find a part time job to fill up some of my time so that I think about food less
MMA and Powerlifting -> do they mix?

Day 9
I thought about it and I'm going to extend my cheat until this Friday when I have time to make my own cheat food.
Question: When you cheat do you make your own favorite cheat food rather than buy it at the store or getting it at a restaurant?
I tend to think that eating the cheat food that you've made yourself makes you pay attention to exactly what it is you're eating i.e. what your favorite food are and for me it seems to make it easier to go longer without them and to feel like when I do cheat at least I'm using real food.Beauty. Grace. Discipline. Strength.
“Self-respect is the fruit of discipline; the sense of dignity grows with the ability to say no to oneself.” ~Abraham J. Heschel
It's easy to have an opinion but the weight of that opinion is directly tied to the strength of logic behind it and the voracity in its defense.

Im in this again ! Stopped clocking in each day for a bit since it was my birthday and i travelled back to England and school started.
However since i got 4 extra hours of PE (Low intensitive cardio for all intents and purposes) a week, my maintenance is a bit larger, making it harder to go over it !!
