    Dumb question about creatine

I see all these post recommending 5 grams of creatine pre and post workout..so if the ingredients say one scoop is 20 grams...that means i only need to take 1/4 of a scoop? that just doesn't seem right(just doesn't seem like much) sorry in advance for my lack of knowledge

What brand creatine are you using?

You only need 2.5g pre and 2.5g post.

No-Xplode is much more than just creatine which is why the scoop size is more than 5g.

This. NOXplode is not just creatine. Follow the directions on the container.

For the ON whey, all you need is one scoop post workout. Get the rest of your protein from food. You don't need that much, it's not that hard to get it from food.

The scoop size is probably 20 g. If one serving has 5 g. of Creatine, then there is 15 g. of whatever else is in the product in that scoop.

With 5 gram people mean 5 gram of creatine monohydrate.

If it's some product with 5 gram creatine monohydrate and say 20 gram of other stuff per serving then obviously you'd have to take 25 gram of that product instead of 5 gram because 5 gram would only give you 1 gram of creatine monohydrate.

And 5 gram is just a suggestion.

And yeah 2 servings of 32 gram would probably have around 25 gram of protein each for 50 gram total.
