Can anyone give me the scoop on which one of these protiens is more benefitial post workout? I read about the hydro whey all the time but don't see much research to support it. I am looking for a new protien for post workout and don't know if it's worth the price to go with the hydro.

hydro whey is digested/absorbed quicker. if you have the money, then yes hydro is better, but if you'd rather save a dime then no, hydro is not going to make you that much bigger/stronger. i took it on a cut cycle PW just to ensure my body absorbed all it needed as fast as it could and it worked great in that situation. and you'll find more and more post's using hydro in their formula now, but as the previous people have said they dont list exactly how "hydrolized" it is.

WPH alone is too expensive in my opinion for possibly the same results. IMHO a mix of proteins (casein/whey) is the way to go.
And for WPH, I would like to see an increase in % of hugeness correlate with % of hydrolysis. I, kid of course, but much of the data is a stretch. On the web: www.SportPharma.com

I buy it because I have high cholesterol. I have done some basic research that states whey cholesterol is not bad for you but should still be considered in your overall daily intake. ON Hydro Whey 30 g protein 5 mg cholesterol, ON Gold Standard Whey regular 24 g protein 55 mg cholesterol. ...It's a significant difference when it comes to cholesterol.
