Hello guys. I workout for like 3 weeks, and im seeing results, but some days my love handles and stomach are bloated as ****. Im lets say skinny fat, but now i can see some roundness and muscle definiton. If i maintain or eat 200 kcals more like bulking can i recomp? I didnt ate 2 3 days that much and last day ifelt lke sht in the gym. So i have to eat more, but im scared for the fat not to stay. Thanks
