Been doing a 5x5 workout routine for about 7 weeks now and I'm starting to get tired of it. I want a new split (4 or 5 day split) that will help put on overall mass but specifically on my Bis/Tris. Anyone know of any routines? I've kind of always put together my own stuff, but want something kind of concrete this time.
