Is it bad? I've heard so but also that its good on a cut, and I drink 6 dl of skim milk each day. Should I cut this out? And why is dairy bad?

If you're trying to cut anything that eliminates your caloric deficit is bad. If you're staying at the deficit you want then it's not bad.
"Everyone thinks they're on their way to single digit body fat as soon as they see a blurry four-pack in the right lighting.Your final body weight at 5-6% will be a lot less than what you think.Talk to me again when you get in contest shape." I'd be willing to say that 95% of people on this forum accomplish nothing in years, don't be one of those people. It's sad, they seem to have the knowledge many don't but can't utilize it.

I drink a cup of milk with my cereal each day and then a cup with my whey protein, so two cups a day and usually equates to 250 calories a day and is 2%, not skim as I can't drink that stuff...
I fit it in my macros though, which if you can do it, by all means do it, especially if you like it. I am even a little lactose intolerant, lol!Current Stack

Honestly, I'd be screwed without dairy. I've eaten it during my entire weight loss. Skim milk, cottage cheese and yogurt are staples of my diet. I have each at least once, some twice, a day. They don't negatively affect weight loss at all, and they're EXCELLENT sources of protein.
