For one of my classes I have to learn how to do the following Dynamic Stretches:
- Soldier Walk
- Gorilla Walk
- Walking Lunges Palms to floor
I can't find any videos on how to do a Soldier Walk, I found one on the Gorilla Walk, and I'm assuming the last one is a regular lunge but your palms have to touch the floor? Any help would be great.
