    SizeOn and sleep

    Ok so i started taking sizeon. I took it first on a training day during the workout, was pretty good, but the next day i took it and didnt train (like the bottle says) and i didnt get much sleep.

    I dont know if this is because of sizeon or just a coincidence, but is anyone awayre if sizeon has any stimulants in it or anything that can effect sleep? And while im here, is it really necessary to take sizeon on non-training days?

    a) how long before sleep did you take sizeon?

    b) your body is still recovering on off days and utilising nutrients to re-build your muscles

    Will this supplement make me big = i dunno, whats your diet like? (calorie surplus + right macronutrient intake)
    What supplements will help me increase strength = creatine + beta-alanine
    Whats some good noob supplements = diet + creatine + whey protein

    wow 6 hours before sleep and still trouble sleeping?

    thats very odd man, i would have said the sugar in it but 6 hours is a long time, and as far as i know there is no caffeine etc.. in it.

    are you sure it wasn't something else you ate?

    i'm a person that has a lot of difficulty getting to sleep/staying asleep but when i was on sizeon i didnt notice anything out of the ordinary.

    There is no caffeine or stimulants in SizeOn. Further, you only need to take SizeOn on training days. It's not needed on off days.

    Different personal opinions. And the instructions are for optimal consistency and muscle fullness, but it is not totally necessary from a creatine standpoint.

    I was searching on google and i found that creatine does in fact cause insomnia in some users! Didnt know this...

    Will some zma help? Is it safe for teens? AFAIK its only minerals and no hormones.
