    Exertion Headache?

Ive been getting bad headaches the last few times ive lifted. The first time i was doing bench press and it just hit me on the last rep of the first set. It felt so bad and i wanted to stop but i didnt, i did the rest of my chest workout then did triceps right after. The headache lasted 5 hours after. The next day i did biceps and on the first set again it hit me but again i didnt think about quitting. It wasnt caused by lack of calories or water or bad breathing. Its just everytime i push or pull heavy it hits me and i looked it up and i think they are exertion headaches. If anyone else knows how to stop the headaches please tell me cuz i dont think i can give 100% on my workouts if this keeps happening. And i WILL NOT take time off lifting i have goals to reach and i will fight through the headaches if i have to.....so help me out
you can usually think of at least 100 reasons why you should stop, but theres always one reason why you should keep going.

How often do you train? How long have you been training? And how long since these headaches started?
Also and most importantly are you taking any pre work out shake? They often have extremely high levels of caffiene, taurine and other chemicals which could potentially cause headaches...
You a heavy caffiene (coffee, coke) drinker?

Perhaps try taking some time off, or when you're doing your sets try to physically and mentally relax. (It may sound stupid however when I tell myself to relax and I let me muscles loosen up it makes a big difference, just have to be aware to do it). I'm sure there is a reasonable explanation for all of it, obviously if you continue to train and they continue to happen go and see a doc. Doc's fix all...
    Good luck.
