    My keto plan. Take a look.

    Meal 1:
    4 whole eggs and 4 egg whites
    ½ cup strawberries

    Meal 2:
    52 grams whey protein
    2 Tbs All Natural Peanut Butter

    Meal 3:
    8 oz chicken/ Tuna/ Or any Fish
    ½ cup almonds/ or cashews / or walnuts

    Meal 4:
    52 grams whey protein
    2 Tbs All Natural Peanut Butter

    Meal 5:
    8 oz Steak/ Chicken or any Meat
    2 slices cheese
    ½ cup cucumber

    Meal 6:
    52 grams Whey Protein
    2 Tbs All Natural Peanut Butter



    Starting monday! Im pumped to start this diet, looking for some good results. Carb up after 2-3 weeks...

    may want to post this in the keto section of the nutrition.. may get more info on keto. Although i have never had to cut or anything i think someone who has done more of this will tell you to eat more veggies? i could be wrong though. Either way G'Luck!

    Where is your workout amongst all that? The strawberries aren't preferable, but I know people who have managed to squeeze em in. DEFINITELY more vegetables. Salad, spinich, broccoli= your friends!

    Hey....Im on a 4 day split for my weight lifting...And i might put in a mid intense cardio workouts after the weights..

    Lets hope i can keep the will to do this!
