Creatine is really the only over the counter muscle builder that does anything, and for me that isnt much.

Get a good pre workout sup like black powder. I get a lot more reps/sets with it.

yeah like oxs22 said, that strikes me as odd too.

have you explained to her that creatine is a naturally occuring substance thats contained in food products such as cuts of meat? (obviously just not as much)

because your best strength gains would be found in a mix of creatine, beta alanine and whey protein.
    Answers to common questions:
Will this supplement make me big = i dunno, whats your diet like? (calorie surplus + right macronutrient intake)
What supplements will help me increase strength = creatine + beta-alanine
Whats some good noob supplements = diet + creatine + whey protein
    Estimate my BF% = Abs (<~12%) Non-Moobs (12%-~18%) Moobs (19%+)

    (o.o)

Tell your mother to stop being so closed minded and do some research for herself. There was an amazing article posted addressing this exact problem, if i can find it I will send you a pm.

If you still cant even take creatine then your best bet is a ton of clean food.

    Literal ton

thanks for the tips, and yea it's cause my bro went to the doctor and he told him it's best not to take it till your body is done growing .. so she's kinda just running on that fact .. she won't know what Gakic is lol .. but does anyone know any good tasting home made shakes i could make for mass gains too? without protein powder, cause i'm running short on money.
