Ever since I started working out I've been getting alot of back acne, and even acne on chest. What do I do to prevent, and treat?!

have you tried acutane? this is the most amazing drug ever for acne and it affects your whole body. i don't know how badly you have it but i used to have terrible acne and after taking acutane, i don't have ANY issues with acne anymore. i've got great skin.

If its not bad, I usually breakout where my hair touches skin (shoulders, back, parts of chest and hairline on face). I just have a daily regimine that I do to all areas prone to break out (and this is in addition to showering and washing hair!). I will first clean off any make up off face, then use an astringent to get rid of any left over dirt/makeup. next apply toner and finish with spf moisturizer. I use a heavier moisturizer at night and a lighter one in the day.
I do that to all affected areas once at night after shower, once in morning after shower and before makeup. Seems to do the trick for me.www.bikinisandbiceps.com

The doctor. It's heavy duty stuff. You have to be on birth control because the birth defects it causes are horrifying. And you have to get blood taken monthly to check your liver panel. I was on it for just a month & my bad cholesterol went from off the charts low to off the charts high & my good cholesterol did the reverse. Of course I had to stop taking it. Stupid sensitive body
OP, use noncomedogenic products (as in don't put any oil on your body). Use cetaphil or dermalogica for face & body washes & moisturizers.

Use a bodywash with triclosan in it (look at the dial anti-bacterial washes). If that's not enough, try switching it out with a benzoyl peroxide wash every other day.
I agree that tea-tree oil is amazing stuff. Smells like shoe-polish though. Would not spritz on my back to wear all day. If you can find scented products with tea tree oil in them, great. But I wouldn't suggest wearing it straight up because it is an unusual smell. I WILL put some on trouble areas and wear it to sleep if I'm planning on washing my sheets the next day.

Acutane?? if it isnt bad then there is no need to take it..
How bad is the acne?? I took acutane but I had severe rosacea! and I have acne too!!
It did WONDERS. My face is amazingly clear! sometimes I get small pimples here and there bec of AF or stress. Normal.
Check with your doctor. It might be something simple!
Good luck!Accept challenges, so that you may feel the exhilaration of victory.
