    Smile 1 month progress :)

    I have been lifting for a little over a month now and i am seeing a little progress. I have been eating a lot and often trying to keep it clean. im also taking muscle milk, green magnitude, and xtend. i know the pics arent that great but they are good enough to see a lil difference. My before and after pics are on my bodyspace because i dont have enough posts to do them yet but if someone else could look at them and embed them that would be great! Thanks! lookin for some motivation!

    I cant really tell with the pics, but what I can tell you is that 1 month isnt gonna do much. Eating clean is a good start tho. Healthy food is probably the best supplement of all.

    Have you thought about taking a weight gainer? I use to take the weight gainers when I first started out and it works great. Tastes like crap though. I just started to work out after taking like a 5 year break. I started working out again on Feb. 23rd and gained 15-17 pounds in a month and that is without weight gainer. My metabolism isn't as fast as when I was 22 years old when it was little more difficult to gain weight. Just eat a ton of carbs, protein, scoops of whey, myoplex shakes, etc. and you should gain weight easily. What is your protein and carb intake per day?

    i try to get in at least my body weight in protein everyday at a minimum so i'd say between 145-180 or somewhere around there. As far as carbs go i dont really keep up with that but im pretty sure its around 250-300g per day. Im kinda scared to take a weight gainer for fear of gaining too much fat even though my metabolism is fast

    dont worrry about gaining to much fat, your build is good, you could easily add some weight and keep from adding too much fat with that build. but your not going to look like you have much size on you till you get over 200lbs at that hight

    yea it is pretty hard to put on a noticeable amount of mass with a 6'1 frame...but im working hard with my diet, workout, supps so I should be making good progress in the near future.
