How often do you reduce your calorie intake on keto? And you're suppose to reduce your fat intake right? And by how many calories should you reduce your diet? 100 calories?

Sometimes you just stall for a month where weight doesnt change and no recomposition is apparent either .
then you carb up again with a good solid depletion and youre down a few pounds just days later after glycogen is depletedjust lift HEAVY A$$ weights & eat on dat healthy isht . * hellabutt psychology 101 *
