When should you lower your calorie intake

How often do you reduce your calorie intake on keto? And you're suppose to reduce your fat intake right? And by how many calories should you reduce your diet? 100 calories?

To really answer this, we need to know:

    1. Your stats: BF, weight, etc.
    2. Your goals
    3. Your present diet
    4. Type of keto you're doin and how it's laid out (carbups? TKD?)
    It's time for a Breakthrough.

Sometimes you just stall for a month where weight doesnt change and no recomposition is apparent either .
then you carb up again with a good solid depletion and youre down a few pounds just days later after glycogen is depleted
just lift HEAVY A$$ weights & eat on dat healthy isht . * hellabutt psychology 101 *

It's not technically a stall until you haven't lost anything for 6 weeks. I would probably be pulling my hair out by then.
