Just yesterday, I realized I drank 4 whey protein shakes in 1 day. Today, I feel like a fat ass! I'm wondering if it was the shakes that caused this or what.
My first shake was 1 scoop of protein, 8 oz of milk, and some oats (hr before my actual breakfast).
My second & fourth shake were just 1 scoop of protein and 8 oz of milk.
And my third shake was my post workout shake, which contained 1 scoop of protein, a banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of chocolate fat-free frozen yogurt (tastes delicious!)
Was that too much for one day, or is that fine? I'm currently bulking, if this helps.
BTW, 1 scoop of my protein powder is 26g of protein (4g carb, and 2g fat at 150 cal)
