okay so i plan to start my cut tomorrow. I will be using Beachbody's Insanity workout program (my bro is lending it to me) and i will still try and hit the gym at night. Not sure how many cals i should take in since ill be excersizing twice a day for the most part, im thinking 1500-2k cals? Ill be supplementing with SuperPump 250, Animal Pak, Animal Omega, Myofusion, and maybe some muscle milk as a meal replacement here and there? not sure about the muscle milk. I would start my cut today, but im goin to the slightly stoopid concert tonight and im prob gonna get pretty messed up. I was clean bulking for a couple of weeks, but i think i much rather have a leaner base to start off on.
Right now i weigh 167lbs about 5'9, 18 yrs old
any guesses on my body fat %?

I didnt take the Superpump250 because i really think its effecting my sleep, i end up laying in my bed for at least an hr and half trying to sleep. Today was my first actual day of Insanity. I could barley keep up, and i had to take some breaks here and there, but when i got done i was drenched. I took a shower after and had to go to church and was sweating there too (i hate that). I didnt lift today mainly because im pretty sure i hurt my wrist playin bball last week and i could feel it in yesterdays workout, but im definalty goin tomorrow. I felt really hungry today after meal 4, Maybe cuz i didnt have many fats till meal 5. Not sure how many cals i should take in to keep as much muscle as i can, think im gonna stick with 2k.

Today was the first time ive ever tried natty pb, wasnt as great as the regular stuff but im glad cuz then i wont feel tempted to binge on it. Insanitys Pure cardio left me soaked, it was basically 15 minutes of straight HITT excersizes (no rest), pretty crazy. I would be really proud if i could do that whole video by the end of the 60 days.

Pretty good starting pics man, sure this cut will get you lean as you want to be. I have a question though, what comes with the Insanity package? I torrented it but it only has videos in torrent. I'm doing PSMF for all of April and planned on using Insanity to continue my cut and get in shape.

And then i was invited to Burrito Loco After work, and i didnt wanna say no since its like my first day kinda thing, so thats meal 4. Although my cals came out pretty decent i guess, eh i dunno im probably estimated it wrong.

It comes in a pretty cool case, like a book, but with cds in it, hard to explain. But it also comes with a nutrition guide, which everything in there u can find on this site, and also a calander that tells u like what video to do each day, u can find the calander on google images tho, jus type Insanity calander.

My endurance is definalty getting better which im glad about, i can actually last thru the whole warm up haha. I checked how many cals i should get based on Insanity nutrition guide, and it says around 2500 eh. i think im gonna stick with around 2k. Theres an ad on the videos for this shake called shakeology, and apparently its soppose to be some super shake, like it says "to match shakeology u would need" then lists A LOT of vegtables and health foods. so i looked it up and it costs 120$ for a month supply...lol.
