Been on a cut since early January, taking me from 221 to 200 pounds. Not overly aggressive, no real cardio or strict diet, just a mild caloric restriction. ~ 1 lb a week.
I took last week off and I've decided to put another month in, but this time a bit more hardcore. I'll be shooting for 2.5 lbs a week, or a daily deficit of 1,250 calories. I'll be doing a dietary deficit of 750 calories and shooting for 500 calories from exercise daily.
If I can get down to 190 it'll be the lightest I've been in a few years and my bf will be around 11% or 12%
