Just curious. This is where I really need to lose weight...not so much the waist, but the area around the belly button (I know there's no thing such as spot reduction).
What is everyone's measurements around the belly button and just below the belly button (right above pubic bone)? Also, what are your chest, waist and hip (widest part of butt) measurements?

I think around my belly button I'm about 33", versus 29" waist and a little over 37" hips. I also hate that area, but hopefully as I lose fat %, that area will also drop in size! I am looking forward to deflating my spare tire :-P

I've always been taught that your true 'waist' is simply the narrowest part (generally just under your ribcage), but for those who are very overweight, if they have no waist, they can measure around their bellybutton. I always do both. I doubt I can lose a whole lot more around my waist since its getting bony lol, but I can DEFINITELY stand to lose a few inches around my bellybutton.

I am all legs and no torso...so my torso is all short and compact. The narrowest part of my stomach IS where my belly button is, which is 26.5".
Bust 34"
Waist 26.5"
Hips 36"
Kinda funny, since I'm not all that thin in the mid section...I would guess that if I could lose enough body fat to get under 20%, I would probably have a waist in the 24-25" area, which seems so tiny to me!Hard work = Hard body.

I'm not due to take measurements again until April 3, but here are my measurements from February 27:

My belly button must be pretty high because its almost at the smallest part, one inch bigger though at 26 inch where my smallest is 25 (on a good non-bloaty day LOL!)
my chest is 34 and hips are 34 would like to add a bit tthose measurements though without increasing my waist not sure if it's possible but maybe bulking slowly and then cutting a bit later since I usually gain and lose weight off my tummy the easiest.
