    Exclamation What do you think would be the best creatine for me?

    Info you might need:

    height: 5'3"
    weight: 116 lbs
    age: 16
    experience: 9 months
    goal: muscle mass (maybe until I reach 130-135 lbs, majority of it muscle of course)

    Based from my research, creatine monohydrate is the way to go? Why? Also, based from the bb.com store, Prolab Creatine Monohydrate got 9.0/10, higher than any other creatine products I have seen. Superpump 250 is 8.4 and NO explode is 8.2.

    I've already tried Superpump 250 and NO Explode. Superpump 250 works for me well. NO Explode, on the other hand, didn't really work very well for me.

    Bonus questions (although similar to my original question):

    If in case prolab creatine monohydrate really is the best and it isn't available in the place where I buy those supplements, what are the top 3 supplements you will recommend to me?

    Also considering creatine monohydrate is the best creatine, what do I mix creatine monohydrate with?
