I was talking with a personal trainer today, and upon telling him how many carbs I was intaking, he suggested that to get the same energy for some of the carbs, to try Acai berry.
I've never heard this, and was wondering if anybody can help me out with this or other substitutes for some of my carbs when my main goal is to add muscle mass.

Acai is so ridiculously priced, you'd be better off substituting with something else like Blueberries.

Cool, thanks for the heads up.
Is there anything else I can do then to substitute how friggin' much carbs I eat while trying to gain muscle mass?
