Yeah IMO. I often see people using like 30kg at the highest, but then again on the internets you are weak unless you use 100lb + dumbbells. haha. I might go over to my other gym that has 100s and see if I can throw those up for a few. Goodnight sweet shoulders?
Some guy who was doing dips next to me was watching me. I could see him through the mirror, lmao.
Dumbbells going all the way down, yes. cheating on this exercise looks weird in the mirror.
Oh btw, I bet many of you can do more weight. Sometimes it's to do with how you kick the dumbbells up from your knees. Kick em up smoothly and you will be a lot more balanced and composed. when you go to press them.Last edited by RC2008; 03-26-2010 at 12:45 AM.
