I dunno lol. I did 2 sets of 10 and one of 8 with 40kg yesterday (bout 90lbs). 2nd exercise after a few warmup sets of laterals.

Oh, I also did some warmups going from 30kg, 36, then 38.

never really did it for 10, more in the 4-6 rep range. but i tweaked the **** out of my left rotator cuff doing these, so i havent done it in 9 months i believe.

Yeah IMO. I often see people using like 30kg at the highest, but then again on the internets you are weak unless you use 100lb + dumbbells. haha. I might go over to my other gym that has 100s and see if I can throw those up for a few. Goodnight sweet shoulders?

Dumbbells going all the way down, yes. cheating on this exercise looks weird in the mirror.

Oh btw, I bet many of you can do more weight. Sometimes it's to do with how you kick the dumbbells up from your knees. Kick em up smoothly and you will be a lot more balanced and composed. when you go to press them.

A manlet at my gym seems to love his shoulder presses, gets a weight belt on, and a spotter or two and presses 70's for 5 reps or so. 1/2 RoM, but 99% of people do 1/2 RoM on shoulder presses anyway.
