Title says it all. I seem to start arching my back on the way down as i get fatigued. I drive my heels into the ground, keep my head up and looking forward, but does anyone have any other advice? Thanks

pick a spot on the wall/mirror you're looking at about 30 degrees above your eye level, don't move your head from that spot. think of the neg as 1/2 rep, and the up 1/2 rep so you don't really finish until the bar is touching the ground. slowly drop the bar as close to your legs as you can, and just focus on proper form.
