List of High fat/low carb foods

Anyone want to be kind enough and provide a nice big list of high fat/ low carb foods? Clean of course.

    So far:

    Nuts
    Cheese
    Cottage Cheese 4%
    Olive oil
    Eggs (whole)
    fish
    dressing
    olives

I don't eat chicken/beef anything else anyone can add? I have no idea how im gonna get 220g+ fat a day with this selection unless I gorge olive oil

Pork is great (bacon ). You have to be careful with nuts, because some have a decent amount of carbs in them. Heavy cream is another great source of just pure fat.

Why are you shooting for 220g of fat? That seems pretty steep for your weight.

Yes, olive oil is all fat, so its a great source. Make sure you count the calories, though. 1 tbsp contains about 119kcal.

All cuts of meat are great sources. I eat lots of different cuts of Pork. Pork belly is my favourite, high in protein and fat. And when the fat goes all crispy. Yumster.
