    Best fat/calorie supplements for bulking

Alright, I am really close to starting my keto bulk. I'll be doing my own hybrid diet plan which will be using concepts taken from the Anabolic Diet, CKD, and TKD. Either way, I found that I eat about 3500 calories a day, while on keto, and not restricting my caloric intake. That just seems to be where I become full at. I am shooting for 5000 Cals a day. So I will need tob e supplementing some fat/calories into my diet. Any suggestions?

From my calculations, my macros will be 25g carbs, 275g protein, and about 422g fat. That'd be for 1.5g protein per lb.

    Some of my ideas-

    *Olive oil
*Canola Oil (It's my #2 option for oils, when comparing healthiness and price)
    *Flaxseeds... @$1.50ish a pound, it's a good supplement. 1lb is about 190g fat, 120g fiber, 7 net carbs, and 82g protein. All for $1.50.

Any other thoughts? I take fish/flax oil, but in capsule form, it's way too hard to get all of the extra grams I need.

Sounds good so far. What is your plan for carb intake?

Well, most of my random thoughts can be found here- http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hlight=science

For the most part I am planning on 25g of carbs per day. It might end up more around 30g, but we'll see. I'll be working out 5 days a week, and twice a day for many of the days. So I can essentially be eating PWO carbs twice a day. Later in the week, I may do a bit of TKDing. You can see the details ion the link above.
