    Multiple Muscle Group Workout,

    Im trying to make a new routine because I notice with what I was doing, I havnt made much progress in the past little while. So im changing things up.

    Just wondering what are muscles groups that I can do on the same day, most effectively?

    Like chest and tri's for example.

    I just dont know how to group my workouts.

    i group chest/tri and then back/bi and also have an arm day (tri/bi) at the end of the week
