    Best/Worst Creatine brands

I went on bb.com and searched from Creatine and the list presented in front of me must of contained at least 100 choices???

How do you know what to look for?

    I want mono...powder...tastless...

    Anything to stay away from?

Anyone tried the GNC store brand? Good/bad???

    "Creapure" Mono is best.

    Prolab is normally highly recommended

    get some Creapure creatine Monohydrate

I personally use Optimum Nutrition's creatine.

2000 grams for ~40 is a pretty good deal. Mixes easy and is not gritty/ sandy like other creatines. No need for the fancy expensive crap in my opinion.

Any brand that uses ¨Creapure¨ for creatine monohydrate is good. Creapure is a trademark for German-made creatine known best for its quality/purity. There are several brands that carry Creapure; ON, Kaizen, Allmax, Prolab, SportPharma, etc. Maybe it´s just easier to choose one that has a practical tub size for you (500g, 1000g, 2000g, etc.)

Best: creatine nitrate (C-Bol) / creapure / creatine mono.

I like preworkout supplements that already contains creatine in it..

Dymatize Creatine Monohydrate, nice and cheap flavourless creatine.
I also like green mag when looking for flavour.

Creatine Monohydate--Most tested form of creatine out there and IMHO the gold standard.
There are lots of other forms of creatine out there but CM is tried and true amongst so many individuals. The creatine market is so large that companies try to get in the creatine market with various marketing pitches--Saying that their form is better and without ever having performed a proper study. Here's the thing--if all forms of creatine are still subjected to the same limits of creatine saturation, why reinvent the wheel to get a more expensive, but same result? In terms of bioavailability, improvements are unlikely with other forms b/c CM is already estimated to exhibit near 100% absorption from the gastrointestinal tract. You're just paying more for possibly the same result.

I like the pure creatine monohydrate because I can add it to any drink or shake, whenever. I personally use Optimum Nutrition pure creatine monohydrate and there pure glutamine.

Any info on their Glyco Maize. Looking for a good waxy maize? Any suggestions

I used mono ever since EAS started selling it...eons ago. I started using All American EFX Kre-Alkalyn about a year ago. It is a buffered micronized creatine in pill form. I haven't missed a beat at all since the switch. Best of all....I take only 3 grams a day and never have to have something to mix my creatine with.
