WHEY ISOLATE - A more pure whey protein with lower levels of lactose, fat, cholesterol or denatured proteins.
HYDROLYZED WHEY - An enzymatic predigested whey protein, where larger whey molecules are broken down
I personally do better with the Hydrolyzed products. When I drink other protein shakes, I tend to feel pretty crappy and heavy.
Usually though, the bloat happens due to the Lactose ingredients in the protein. If you can find a powder that also includes ingredients that have something to counter balance the lactose, it should be ok.
It's really all up to the individual body though from what I learned. If you go to a reputable supplement shop to buy your proteins, don't be afraid to ask them for samples, and ask tons of questions. That is how I have learned what works best for me.
