I took Creatine-ATP by, i think, EAS... not sure.... As if that particular creatine affected ATP differently than regular CM.

    Ultimate orange was great

I also give cred to "On Fire" for mentioning this to the thread I started on "Ultimate Orange".

Here is the original thread: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=123293771

    Here's my original post:

    The Original Ultimate Orange

Who here remembers taking this stuff? I remember taking it back in the day as my pre-workout, taste like crap compared to the new stuff now but I tell ya, it works wonders for me back then (1997). I'm referring to The Original Ultimate Orange drink, as I have read they came out with a new formula in 2006.

I also remember taking Met-Rx Metamyosyn as my post workout supp.

    Let's hear it!

Yeah Ultimate Orange was legit, It kinda makes you wonder how good of a workout you could have if you could mix Ultimate orange with NoXplode or something.

When I first started lifting seriously in the early 90's to mid 90's I was taking Desiccated liver tabs, Vanadyl Sulfate, Smilax under my tougue before working out and last but not least the original Hot Stuff protein blend with like 50+ added supplements, I also used a few jugs of that weight gainer 1850 they sold at GNC

After flipping through some old issues of FLEX I was hit with a wave of nostalgia. I'll never forget my first protein shake from MetRX, even with a gallon of water it still had the texture of mud. I remember taking Cell Tech before it became a meme and of course the original Hydroxycut before I became stim-resistant. Good times.

I stacked that with some thyroid product back in the 90's and lost over 30lbs in 6 weeks.

There's something seriously wrong here; this thread is wishing we were back in the old days of less regulation and supplements being spiked left, right and centre.

micronized creatine was pretty dope back then. Mix it with grape juice but GAH I hated the intial "loading" phase of creatine that **** sucked.

Not like this they don't! although I do compliment them for not having any artificial flavors in their new or old formula.

This thread sure brings back some memories.

Here's a can of Joe Weider Weight Gain Powder from the late 70's that I picked up off E-Bay last year. Can is still full and I keep threatening to open it up and mix it but I don't want to ruin the can.

I have a few labels from some supplements I have used going back to the early 80's.Some of you may recognize them.

Here's a brochure that came with my Cybergenics kit back in 1986.They claimed you would gain 30lbs. of muscle in 6 weeks......and I fell for it.

    Some older Weider products.

This is a label from Nature's Best Weight Gain powder circa 1989.This is probably the first real 'modern' weight gain product.Up until than W/G products used dry milk as it's protein source and sugar as a carbohydrate source. This W/G used complex carbohydrates from grain and pure egg white. It also included vitamins with chelated minerals.

    More to follow.........

    Designer Protein circa 1995.

MUS-L-ON from so far back I don't know the date.

The first creatine I ever used from 1994.

    Cytomax from 1994.

I ordered this 'Bulk-Up-Powder' from the back of a 1988 issue of MuscleMag International.I believe the magazines owner Robert Kennedy also own this company or at least was their chief shill.Unfortunately it was delivered by mistake to the mentally unstable women who lived next door to me who than proceeded to use it as coffee whitener.

I remember when NO2 first came out, and GNC had this big book that you could get for like a buck, if you spent $100 or something. I remember reading that thing in awe! lol.

I took Creatine-ATP by, i think, EAS... not sure.... As if that particular creatine affected ATP differently than regular CM.
