    help with a workout routine?

sorry, this is a long one...
I know nothing about weight lifting,
im a skinny 19 year old weighing around 130.
My goal would be to be about 160-170 and cut up
but i dont know what workouts to do or what to eat.
I dont even like working out and have a horrible diet
but im tired of being the skinny guy.
could someone help with a effective routine that i could do at home
i have a bench with a thing for legs on it and dip bars on the back
i also purchased a perfect pull up bar and i have dumbells
would this be enough to meet my goals?
and about how long would it take me to see some results?
i also bought some sort of protein powder that i havent used yet.

...thank you to anyone that could give me any help.

SS (Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe) and eating every freaking thing in sight. Don't worry about the isolation movements yet. You only need Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench press to get bigger (assuming that you're eating frequently and properly). The reason being compound lifts allow you to use the most weight possible. More weight = More muscle. Hope that helps
