I was away on spring break on a drinking binge, because I didnt want to let Purus Labs get away with a good first review that easy. So I came home to a nice tub, and one heaping serving 30 minutes prior.

Thoughts:
Muscle Marine tastes like welsh's grape juice, but with that preworkout tangy pungent after taste. If I watered it down a bit more it'd be good to go.
Mixibility, just with a fork, it still mixed pretty good, some stuff sat on the top and wouldnt mix, but it was foam like, and didnt have any problems washing down.
Pump. I got a trap pic that I'll throw down, but my traps were blowing up. Delts were feeling really pumped up after the first lift, and v-pushups got a little intense with the flexibility and pumps. Overall awesome. My biceps got half pumped from the negatives, and my upper chest from the OH pressings. Very nice!
Cardio sucked, it was hard to train in the HR zone that I wanted.. 120-140bpm. Usually on my machine, I could go at 58RPM and keep a 130HR, I had to go 37RPM just to get 140. Will just do cardio on my offdays or on opposite ends of the day that I take servings.. i.e. cardio morning/weights night and vice versa.
I'm looking forward to some other bodyparts to workout with on MM.
Also this pic reminds me, that MM makes you sweat profusely.

Good workout. Everything was spot on, and on the guillotine presses, the blood was just flooooooooding my upper chest. it was redic. Took one serving, not 1.5 like last time. Gave a scoop to my roommate, and he thought it was amazing. Didnt get the normal euphoria I normally got, but he did much later.

Went down to the recruiting station to say whatsup to my marine drinking buddies, and to say whats up to my navy recruiter. Then stuck around to PT(physical training) some of the DEP recruiters/poolee's.
Got some good cardio in, lots of calisthenics/sprints/light 2 mile jog. **** me they are out of shape. Had a low HR that whole run, and mother ****ers were dropping out like flies.

Thoughts:
That whole MM euphoric feeling kicked in 15 minutes into my run/1 hour after my workout, and my endurance, or whatever doms in my legs didnt matter for like the next 5-10 minutes. Had a lot of focus on breathing, 3 paces for every inhale/exhale, and I was just in the zone. Starting to finally lean up now that I'm doing 80 minute rugby practices, and more cardio.
Weight was 231, but I had eaten 2 meals and drank 3/4g of water already for the day. got rid of that 5lbs from st pattys week, thats all that matters lol..

How long before you lift do you take it, and is it on a empty stomach?I used to Eat like a Bird and Train like a Pussy... Now.... All i do is Eat, and I push my body to its limits, Again...and Again... and... Again...Cuz i CAN!

So this morning was epic. Dont wanna talk about it. And MM saved my life. It cured my hangover(or atleast helped me pushed through it easier) and helped me kill it in the gym.

Muscle Marinade and cardio. - cardio is getting better now that I've adjusted to it. I find that if you wait an hour after your dose, you wont have intense HR during cardio. And your focus is just in the zone. I usually cant stand more than 15-20 minutes cardio, but with MM, I'm wayy into my music to even care, I do inhales/exhales every 3 paces, and my endurance is up, probably because I'm way focused on other things, than sore legs. Thought I was gunna do a navy PST this morning with the specwar mentor, but I was the only one that showed up so it got kanked. Took MM 1 hour in advance to kinda get the pumps out of the way, and still have that endurance and focus.. but oh well.
Pumps were still good even though I didnt get to the gym til about 2 hours after the dose. Focus was good until the cardio, got bored of it real quick, and stepped off at 1.5 miles.

PUMP: 7/10
Shoulders got really vascular and veiny during the lift, but didnt hold much of a pump post lift. But shoulders have always been a hard pump for me to get.. long lanky arms.
Energy/Focus: 9/10
Had rugby practice afterwards, was feeling pretty good. Pushed through all 80 minutes of that after my 60 minute workout np.

WTF Sarg? Hope you're alright! I was hoping to keep up with this log but I guess you abandoned it. I got the Muscle Marinade and this stuff is the shiznits for a stim. No crashing and burning, nor appetite suppression like the Jack3d, just pure pumps for hours! Focus is phenomenal as well!
