I am what you would call a hard gainer. A brief bio, I am 31 years old, 5'7", 148. I was 118 for the longest time and now I am able to gain somewhat but cant get past 148.
In 1998 I suffered a shoulder injury due to an accident in the US Air Force. I am limited on funds since I get VA disability. My shoulder injury left me with seven operations including a pec transfer.
I am now able to work out but don't have the funds for a trainer.
Here is what I have available and my goals. I am hoping someone on this great board could get a supplement regiment as well as a workout program .
I am also lactose intolerant.
So here we go:
I have a gym membership with all state of the art equipment.
I have time.
Here are my goals:
I want to get to 165 by June or July. I know its 15 pounds, but I know it can be done with hard work.
I am not opposed to any certain supplements as long as they are proven to work.
I am not doing this for anyone but myself. I need this for me.
Please help me out
