    keto vs other diets

Hello, whats the difference between keto and non keto diets ? Does it matter wether you eats carbs or fat while being on caloric deficit ?
At the moment I am on ketosis and having good results but could it any different if I was on traditional low carb diet with over 50g carbs a day ?

IMO it's easier to manage your calories on Keto because it supresses hunger.
It is very muscle sparing even on caloric deficits.
    The Ketones elevate you mentally.
    Reduced inflamation.
    Better skin.

I've tried other diets but keto is the only diet that I've done that allowed me to maintain muscle (strength) while cutting.

as far as "Does it matter wether you eats carbs or fat while being on caloric deficit ? " Everyone is different and everyone handles carbs differently. I don't do well eating a lot of carbs while trying to lose weight. You should just experiment and find out what works for you.

Glad you are making good progress, I would just keep up the good work. If it isn't broke don't fix it.

Keto, not like other weight loss diets, is much more than a fat burner. I started thinking I needed to lose weight but in the end it was much more complicated than that. Turns out my bloating wasn't from eating too much but a gut infection, from too many cortisone needles, which I have nearly under control through keto. I don't know of any other diet that would do that.
If you want to look and feel like an athlete you have to train and eat like an athlete.
