    Exclamation Chest pain during workout

OK so I did alot of situps for a ab test, after that I went straight to bench and I started feeling left chest pains right under the nipple line, could this be something serious or just muscle growth? I haven't been bench pressing a lot I have been working out on legs, so why the sudden pain?

Should I go see a doctor? whats the best way to recover

    thanks alot for helping.
