    So glad for this thread. I tried some of the routines from the first few posts and had an amazing squat session today. I was able to get really deep and felt my glutes firing like I've never felt them before. I was spending too much time trying to stretch before, but now I followed the videos and just held the poses for a few seconds each, and I felt way more powerful as a result. Thanks so much for this!
