Top notch thread. Been doing the shoulder exercises for 2 weeks now, and they are showing a marked improvement all around. Just now starting to incorporating the hip drills on off days and foam rolling after workouts. Looking forward to the benefits.
I'm dealing with a herniated disc in my lower back and I'm looking for at home exercises and stretches I can do specifically for that. Anyone have anything good or a routine? I've been doing this pretty much...

I've been getting shooting pains in my elbow from low bar squatting with poor shoulder flexibility. Looking forward to giving these warm ups a good go. This thread is top drawer.
