Will this supplement make me big = i dunno, whats your diet like? (calorie surplus + right macronutrient intake)

For real guys?? I'm not trolling, my coach told me i need to put on some weight and i have no idea what i should do. From the looks of the few that helped out at all they say i need to eat more. This is a problem though because I DO eat a lot. Infact i ate an entire red baron pizza for dinner by my self.

then 3 hours later have another one, dont eat crap all the time but eat untill you feel like you did after that pizza every 3 to 4 hours and you will gain weight, the more you weigh the more your going to have to eat. For example I came in to work tonight a 5 I ate a footlong sub then a box of 12 cookies at 9:00 another foot long and 2 small bags of chips and then another foot long sub at 1:00, but at 5 this morning when I get off work I will be hungry agian, normally I dont eat junk like that but the point is eat till you feel like you ate too much then eat some more

if you are in fact serious
1. ur not ripped
2. you need to get a good diet together
3. you need to put a split together, i suggest a beginners program like rippetoes to start off so you can build some strength.
for the diet, track everything and figure out how much you are actually eating. that way you can adjust it if you arent gaining weight. if you truly cant gain weight as you say, try GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) whole milk would be ideal. a gallon of whole milk+a good diet and you will gain.

to continue if you are in fact serious.
you look freakin malnutritioned dude, in the sense of the word you are ripped but the body building community considers ripped to mean of an even NORMAL size with full body muscular definition.
a) like Brad155 said, you SERIOUSLY need to get your diet in order man, eat eat eat eat eat eat and eat some more, drink like a litre of whole milk per day if you're finding it seriously difficult to add muscle mass, eat plenty of breads/whole-grain, plenty of meat/fish/chicken and plenty of nuts like almonds and peanuts.
b) again like Brad155 said but to elaborate, you need to concentrate on building your strength, size will then come, i'd suggest you stick to the basic compound movements for now:
- bench press
- pushups
- chinups
- deadlifts
- squats
- rows
- lunges
have a split per week where say monday you do upper body, tuesday lower body, wednesday rest, thursday upper body, friday lower body, weekend rest.
on upper day obviously work your back, chest, arms and shoulders
on lower day, work your legs and abs
for your size i'd suggest you avoid excess cardio outside of what training you already do because you want to focus on packing on mass.
