A friend of my told me that these forum is a good place to get information and learn different workouts. I dont have 30 posts yet so I added my picture as an attachment. A little about me:
In middle school i was in many fights and only lost 2
I use to ride motocross and was sponsored until i heard my knee in an accident
I'm a football superstar at my High School
I'm very smart at all subjects in school, especially with the ladies
I want to join the Army as a sniper. Do you guys think i have to potential to get in?

Thanks for being helpful unlike others. Right now i dont do anything outside of my schools football program.
On mondays, wednesdays, and fridays we do 3 sets of 10 on bench power cling and squats aswell as a neck, leg, and arm machine.
On tuesdays we work on our power. For our warmup we start off with some single leg hops then move on to more single leg workouts before we do frog jumps. From there we do 4 sets of 20 on Squat jumps, mountain climbers, squat thrusts, and knee jumps.
On thursday we work on speed. We start out with butt kicks, high knees, karaoke, pursuit run, and happy feet. From there we go to a few different stations these include ropes, figure 8s, bags, and a few others that are hard to explain.
We also run bleachers and do a ab workout on tuesdays and thursdays

not this sht again. but to seriousely answer your question - you are not ripped at all, in my honest opinion but i don't know how good of an athlete you are either or if your football team isn't very good. so basically i'm not saying you are lying, just that I don't think you are ripped. My anabolic switch creatine i"m sipping on came out my nose I laughed so hard when opened this thread!!!!!!! Especially LOVE the "heard my knee" and the one dude ask "what did it say" .... Oh man if this isn't a joke honestly bro ya need to lift outside of your school's football program because I don't think it's doing what you want. Never be discouraged though. I was super skinny myself and it was a struggle to get to where I'm at now and I'm still not like alot of the other big guys on here. confidence is good, no it's great, but ya gotta get the muscle to back some of it up if you're really gonna say you're ripped. Of course you got potential, make it happen and have the type of confidence that is for real. Then you'll have that quiet confidence that the chics really love.
