    how many of you guys are sodium deficient?

    i just bought a bottle of sea salt because i had been craving salty things (burgers, fries, etc) so i thought i might nip that problem by just putting salt on things in my normal diet. needless to say, i just put it on some turnip greens fried in ghee butter, it was ****ing sex. it lit my taste buds up.
