Grilled Chicken Breast - How much protein?

I haven't had a chance to ask the guy at the cafeteria who grills them, but i'm pretty sure they're either precooked and then frozen small chicken breats, or raw and then cooked, then reheated at a later time.

They look like the one on the right in this picture:

I've been eating 2 of these at every meal I get at the cafeteria. Would anyone have a ballpark estimate at how many G's of protein this would possibly be, or a minimum amount that it could be?

Wow. That looks good. I purchase the Perdue single chicken breasts and those are ~30 grams of protein. These appear to be on the small side so I'm guessing ~20 grams.

That's a picture I got off google.. it does look good. TBH the ones from my cafeteria aren't too hot. They're all white meat, but slightly rubbery at times, and you need a bunch of A1 sauce to get 2+ down.

So, 4 of these a day should be anywhere from 60-80g of protein? That sounds about right to me, but I was hoping there was a little more protein content..

So these may be 30g each? I was thinking about 25g per small-medium sized chicken breast would be pretty close to actual value, but i'm not sure.
