In the past few months of researching for creatine i have heard that gaspari size on is one of the top creatines on the market. Then the Size On Maximum Performance came out and i decided to get that instead of the original Size on. I did not see much results from the Size on Maximum Performance so should i try original size on or move on to try another creatine such as Green Mag, cell mass, and cell tech?

1 - you're 16, so the product is not recommended for you
2 - if your stats are correct, you are very thin. I'm guessing this is more a function of inadequate caloric intake and poor diet than any supplement.
3 - training program could be spotty too, as without proper calories or exercise stress, your body has no need to change.
4 - don't change your supplement - change your diet and training. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray

So you assume his macros are low, and his diet is lacking in essential vitamins and minerals based on a teenager's height and weight? How were you able to deduce this based on his stats? Just curious, cause I would "assume" his metabolic rate is through the roof, and we don't know his history, so health could play a role.

5'9" and a buck thirty is very lean. I would assume he was looking for weight gain, not fat loss from SizeOn. Since he didn't gain weight, it's a simple deduction that he wasn't eating enough.
Calories consumed vs calories expended by metabolic processes. It's a simple equation. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray

Activity level is not part of the body's metabolic process. I certainly hope you're not a paid Gaspari employee, and merely an online rep. That's nutrition 101, bro. Physical activity expenditure is separate, because everyone's levels vary. Most individual's usually make up 10ish%, but it can certainly differ.

Dude sizeon blows and well depending on what flavour you get, the grape tastes like ass lol.
Try out Purple-K, its in a capsule so its a lot easier to take, and u just take it before and after ur workout, easy enough eh?
Ive done two bottles of it, they are decent price for a good amount of capsules, i believe its 40$ for 130 capsules ?
try it out !

Regardless what his physical activity level is, he obviously is not eating enough. Bottom line. Whether or not outside physical activity is metabolic process or not, it needs to be accounted for in the caloric surplus. If he burns 2,000.. and another 1,000 in intense activity. Than he should be eating minimum 3500+. I believe in the phrase "there's no such thing as a hard gainer, just someone who doesn't eat enough".

ANYWAY, I just didn't think it was very professional for Iceman to dismiss this kid because he states that Size-On didn't "work." Give the guy better nutritional direction, and offer help. Don't just belittle him by saying his macros are low and his diet is poor. Help him, elaborate and give him ideas on how to better his diet. Just don't insult him and send him on his way because he's not 18 and Size-On didn't work. He's a paying customer regardless of age. Attitudes like these are exactly the reason this site is going downhill.

OK. Well ITT before you gave yourself a pat on your back about knowing exercise is part of total energy but isn't accounted in resting metabolic rate (bravo genius) they were discussing why he wasn't seeing results. Who cares if it's separate? I think you missed the whole point of the thread. Sizeon may have not worked because he is just plain not eating enough to account for his TOTAL ENERGY EXPENDITURE. Creatine won't do jack unless diet is at least decent, and seeing as how he is a little light at his height, it stands to reason there isn't enough of a caloric surplus.
Thanks though.

If you feel so strongly about this than send me a PM and we can disucss it there rather than ruining what could have been a helpful thread. I don't see how that's what you were referring to though seeing as how you insulted my first post when there was nothing wrong with it whatsoever. Just saying.
TO OP... Are you focusing on compound lifts or are you doing mostly isolation movements? Compounds are going to build you a strong base to work off of, and are the exact types of power movement lifts that a product like Sizeon, Mag, or Synthesize could help you on.

I never said resting metabolic rate. I said metabolic processes. There is a difference. How do you think your body generates the energy for activity? Metabolic processes.
Sheesh...nit picking to an extreme degree, FTL.
I've been a member and a rep for quite a while now. I've learned that it's generally best to give people a general idea type answer and if they are interested, they ask further questions. I have a lot of ground to cover and not a lot of time, so I try to be as efficient as possible and as "to the point" as possible. It allows me to help more people that way.
But I do appreciate your criticism and will take a more sober look at my posts to ensure they are treating all members with respect and attention.

Again, thanks for your (unsolicited) opinions, but generally my customer service is pretty good. get compliments on it all the time. Really the only ones who have issues are those who have an issue with our company in general. Your recent post history is pretty telling in this regard.
If the OP wants to ask some followup questions, I'm available via PM or in this thread. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray
