Sounds an awful lot like the other thread you started about throwing up every time you ate after working out..

Squat: 5x275

yea, definitely have a shake post workout.
Food won't be absorbed fast enough post workout.
Try having dinner before you workout.
I assume you finish your workout after 7.
If you have a good shake, you shouldn't have to eat anything more..**Never look down on someone, unless you're helping them up**

how much cardio do you do?
cut down or remove cardio from your workout, and find time on a different day or after you eat to do the cardio. Of course not right after...
Cardio surpresses the hormone that stimulates hunger(Ghrelin) and stimulates the hormone that reduces appetite(Peptide YY)
Working out does too but it should help out a bit cutting the cario part out.Last edited by Coreyned; 03-23-2010 at 10:54 AM.

Most lifters have to eat even though they aren't hungry at one point or another. It's pretty common for me at aleast lol
That doesn't sound normal if you're still having problems keeping food down. Hungry or not, there's no reason you should be throwing up what you eat. Not unless you honestly put back 10 lbs of food in one sitting, or have some strong aversion/allergy to the specific food. A shake or dinner should not cause you to throw up, not without reason. At this point I'd say check with a doc and not teen section for advice.
=P Maybe ask him about getting a prescription of this, see if he'll go for it:
