    calves won't grow!!!!!!

    its really frustrating, i have abnormally strong calves for my size (191lbs ~15% BF), my main exercise is usually standing calve raises in the smith machine with 440+ lbs of plates on the bar, full range of movement (strict!). THEY STILL WONT GROW!!!!!!!!!

    tips? lol please?

    Will this supplement make me big = i dunno, whats your diet like? (calorie surplus + right macronutrient intake)
    What supplements will help me increase strength = creatine + beta-alanine
    Whats some good noob supplements = diet + creatine + whey protein

    Have you tried different foot stances?

    Alternate with toes pointing straight, inwards and outwards.

    Also have your tried different set and rep ranges?

    just keep on feeding them the grains bro! make sure they are getting a good supply of grass and wheat, and plenty of mom's milk, they should be growin in no time, and you'll have some good quality beef!

    foot stance: i have the ball of my foot (part just after the toes? lol if that makes sense) on the edge of a platform, always straight. i'll definitely give in/outward a go!!

    and yes i have tried different set and rep ranges.

    yeah man, i had a look at that, met all the criteria you posted and decided to make this thread cause i was running out of ideas.

    Thats cool mate, yeah just vary foot stances and positioning too, alter the reps from week to week and also i find that sprinting helps as well in some people, all the best mate.

    My advice is if you really want them to grow do them everyday. Calves are a totally different kind of muscle and they need big stimulation to grow big. Look at the biggest fattest guys in the world their calves are huge, why? Because they are doing calf raises all day everyday with 400 pounds of fat they are caring around.
    Go check search for some good calf exercises on this forum there are tons of em
