    how much casein is in 1 cup of milk?

    do you guys know? i drink 2 cups of milk before bed so is that enough casein for overnight

    I believe one cup milk is 2 grams whey and 6 grams casein.

    Milk is ~87% water, 4.8% carbohydrate, 4% fat, 3.5 % protein, and 0.7% minerals.

    I think.. milk has around 3.2g of protein per 100g.. You do the math

    2 cups of milk isn't a bad start. Throw in like a tbsp. of natty peanut butter and you're in business.
    and 2 cups of milk is WAY better than not drinking anything
