This sounds like it could be an underlying health issue such as toxic overload from poisons like amalgam (mercury) dental fillings, insulin resistance etc.

I'm kind of the same way, I only lose weight unless I'm eating about 1600-1800 calories and I weight 200lbs.
What helped me was doing a lot of cardio, I would swim hard for a long time until I was dead tired. Or I would go out and play soccer for hours. While sticking with 1800 calories and I average 1-2 hours of cardio I lose weight guaranteed, it sucks but it is the only way I can lose the weight.
Go out and play an intense sport and you will lose weight, try soccer or basketball.
I like to mix it up I'll try mountain biking,tennis,basketball,soccer I think doing different activities might help with weight loss more than doing a single activityLast edited by 209manny; 03-22-2010 at 09:51 PM.

Bro, Endos like you and me were created to be work horses. Unlike these skinny ****s, we have to bust our asses all the time to lose weight and stay thin..and even then, we will probably never get down past 10% without starving ourselves. Good thing is, we hardly burn muscle even in a starving state.

don't do it though, I also get hungry as f*ck afterwards, but I'll just have my chicken breast with some bread and veggies and a sh*t load of water.
taking an EC stack helps me with appetite suppression, you should give it a try.
you can get ephedrine from primatene tablets at walgreens and caffeine from no-doz pills

lol..yep...leptin is a bitch, ain't it? When your adipose cells stop manufacturing the **** because you're not eating enough, it makes it where you want to eat someone's face off. It controls food intake and energy expenditure by acting on receptors in the mediobasal hypothalamus. The more fat you have, the more leptin your body is used to getting. Making hunger pains more than just a little annoying.

its straight up genetics. Some dont believe it because its incredibly alien.
I can go the entire day without eating and feel completely normal and not lose weight.
I can go weeks at a time with ~1000 calories/day and feel great.
I weigh ~ 195 with moderate strength. I could see myself ~ 175 with a cut body
and if i want to, I can eat an extra large round table pizza with 1-1.5 pitchers of beer and feel fine

OP i ****ing feel ya man. im in the same boat. i have to diet so ****ing little that i start obsessing about food, and dont give me that "selfcontrol bull****" because it gets so bad that i go pale in my damn face when i see junk food after not eating it for a while and thats all i think about when i see it.

where are the pictures? The question is are you having trouble gaining muscle too? That would be a telling tale, if not then you just aren't going about it in the right manner because of a couple simple things. If your eating such low amounts per day, you are either losing muscle or losing fat (if you indeed bust ur ass off) Because you can easily burn 500-800 cals in just your workout alone (cardio+weights). if your actually eating 100% clean (if you know what the means even...) then I chalk it up to a troll thread.

"clean" has nothing to do with how many calories you're actually consuming.
You will gain weight if you eat too many calories of plain boiled chicken and brown rice.
If you aren't losing weight, then you aren't eating too little. There is so much broscience in this thread I don't know where to start.

I have a similar issue. I have to drop to 1800 cals - 1500 cals in order to lose a lb a week. Fuucking blows. What I do is drink a 100gr protein shake in the morning (500 cals), and try to go as long as I can on that. Once I get hungry I eat some veggies, but not much. Then in the PM (when you are most hungry) you basically eat a large plate of whatever the fuuck you want.
You get to go to bed on a full stomache = so much win when cutting.~~~Misc Red Crew~~~

what do your days look like? I find im able to cut at 230lbs with about 2000-2500 cals a day. Its gonna depend on your lifestyle, jobs are so much different, the difference between a job where you sit the majority and where you stand the majority is probably 300+ calories alone, add in a little manual labour and its 1000+.

Alright. If you want to eat more, then you have to burn more calories than you are now to still be in a deficit.
Have you tried putting a large portion of your calories around your workout? That will allow you to have more energy to workout and workout harder.
Or just eat larger meals with the same calories at the end of the day but spread them out so you feel like you're eating more.

its hard to say as i'm 5'11 and 195. my body looks like I exercise somewhat routinely, because I normally lift ~3 times a week.
Its just odd that I require almost no food, and if I ever want to really lose fat I have to eat next to nothing and keep my routine. (i mean ~ 700 cals a day) Its freaky how my body works. I have a feeling you might be similiar.
