    how can i gain 20 pounds of muscle in 3 months ?

    im a sophomore running back in high school i will be going to varsity i wanted to know how can i gain at least 20 pounds of muscle in 3 months i wanna be ready by next football season wat workouts can i do wat supplements and also stuff that wont get me slow at running .thanks anything will help oh and i weight 173 and im 5,10

    um try gaining 20 lbs of muscle in a year in a half...thats a more reasonable goal.

    but: i have seen claims that german volume training will get you about 10 lbs in 6 weeks. extremely difficult stuff, and idk about the 10 lbs part

    You can gain 20 pounds in 3 months, but not muscles!

    Bulk 2-3 months and then cut down and you will have some decent clean gains.
