I am looking to start a new routine next week, as i have to quit rippetoes for about a month due to knee problems. Any ideas? i was looking at german volume, looks pretty good. Is it true this isn't a long term routine? If this is a good idea do you guys have any suggestions? need to put together a new routine by monday.

I did it last week, was an extremely fun routine although I stopped because it was too taxing while eating under maintenance + keto. The only problem I had with it was that I felt like an a$shole taking up the squat rack for 10 sets. Sorry I can't say much for progress, but I've only ever read good things about it in that aspect.
If you haven't seen already.Last edited by YeomenKek; 03-23-2010 at 02:37 AM.
