    Ezekiel Bread?!?

Anybody ever think about using this in their diet, They have a no sodium version, also has no corn syrup like other breads. The Current Mr. O, JAY CUTLER is big user of the stuff in the off-season & during contest prep. Any thoughts?????

It has a great profile as a whole food. But the taste takes some getting used to. Sprouted grains aren't anything like your typical whole grain/whole wheat flour.
In the making. Light-years away, but loving the trip there.

It molds very quickly if not kept in a freezer (which is where its at in most supermarkets) so I doubt ordering on the internet would not work out well.

I usually eat fresh multi-grain bread, but Ezekiel was good too - although frozen. I found it at my health food store in the freezer section.

I was reading Muscle Mags "Muscle Power Nutrition & Supplement Guide" 2010 summer issue. Its near the back of the book and is said to be a "super food" for bodybuilders. It wasnt an Eziekiel bread promo or anything like that. Its top things a body builder should buy at the store kind of thing.
I went out today and bought some at Fortino's in Hamilton, Ont. Canada. Its in the freezer section. Im sure a top end grocery store will carry it.
