Hi Guys,
Looking for some advice/tips on how to make (or buy) a pull-up bar to install in my home gym (in an unfinished basement). I've done some searching around google on-line, and have found a few ideas, but I'd be curious to hear your opinions on what works the best.
If there is a product that I can buy that can be mounted up onto floor joists, that would be awesome. If not, then I need ideas on how to build something to use for wide-grip pull-ups, chin-ups, front-grip pull-ups, etc. for my back workout.
Thanks in advance for your help!
