    Fat Free Ice Cream Post Workout

    So I intend on having 35g whey protein post workout, but after that, for my carbs source, is it ok to have:

    1 large vanilla/chocolate slenderita fat-free in a waffle cone (from Rita's)

    340 Calories
    0g Fat
    340mg sodium
    72g carbs

    or should i downgrade to:

    1 regular vanilla/chocolate slenderita fat-free in a waffle cone (from Rita's)

    270 Calories
    0g Fat
    260mg Sodium
    57g Carbs

    Shouldn't be an issue as long as it fits within your daily cals/macros. Maybe mix it up too. Have the fat free ice cream for some PWO feeds and other times maybe some oats, banana, honey, etc..

    As it is, I have a bowl of oats and milk for my postworkout carbs after EVERY workout. So as long as I can make this a once every two week thing ill be happy

    You can have it every day if you want, does not matter, in the end its calories in vs calories out, and nutrition is more than a one day thing. Its 365 day thing.

    Of course you can have it everyday. You can have a hot dog everyday if you want as long as it fits into your daily cals/macros. Im talking about having balance and variety in diet and nutrition.

    Yea I agree. What do you guys think of these slenderita's overall (aka any time of day)? They dont seem horrible nutritionally for how they taste. Essentially 300 empty calories.

    As long as it fits into your daily macros and total daily cals, the time you have it is irrelevant (if that is what you are referring too). Meal timing (for the most part) is so overrated IMO.
